13. Most major manufacturers are offering a 2-3 year warranty on their bulbs. You will never see that with any other type of light bulb.

good points mentioned here!
The CFL or incan is a mere mass of poison gas that leads to cleaning up glass pieces!
LED = quality safe, clean light
incan, heat wasting, easy to break.
CFL expensive and dangerous

LED is the future.
IF there's an actual "alien craft" someplace you can be assured that they are running some form of solid state lighting!!!!!
